I'm based in NYC, can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick up is available ONLY at the USPS in Sunnyside, Queens (45-15 44th St, Sunnyside, NY 11104). Make sure to select "pick up" at checkout and email [email protected] or DM @nakedpomelo on Instagram with your order number to arrange a pick up time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing & shipping, as I’m just getting started with selling my work. Thank you for your patience and support!
What is your return policy?
